The people would say “He is hiding his money like a snake its legs”.
The DPS officials without a difference, from the representatives in Parliament to the ministers, and to their president, hide their property like a snake its legs.
According to the Parliament’s of Montenegro proposal the Montenegrin opposition registered their property, as well as the property of their families, almost three years ago.
Recently the president of Yugoslavia Vojislav Kostunica did the same.
The same data stated the vice president of Yugoslavia and after taking the responsibilities the Federal Prime Minister Zoran Zizic.
Those are stated every day or they will be stated in accordance with the proposal the other representatives in the Federal Parliament.
Even the vice president of the Montenegrin parliament Predrag Popovic did the same few days ago.
The DPS officials are silent. It is possible that they don’t have anything.
Poor them.
Everything or almost everything is registered on someone else’s names.
They could register some “bits” on themselves, not to appear as if they didn’t have anything.
It is not ok that the economic “nudity” represents the “rich” Montenegrin people.
And what would our neighbors say?
How Montenegro can be represented by those who have created nothing for themselves?
Or at least to their families?
People would say: “Oh, poor you, you are hard even for the God”.
Can you imagine how hard this is for the people then?

Beating in the Montenegrin way
“The black trios” are continuing their “democratic persuasion” all over Montenegro.
Not so long ago, the target of the “vertical” persuading was the honored professor from Podgorica Momir Vojvodic.
Few days ago, it was Branko Grubac from Niksic.
“The special education” acquired by the members of the “special units” of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Montenegro in the police barrack in Zlatica has been applied more frequently.
Of course, the Ministry of Interior Affairs has been doing everything to reveal the “black trios”.
The biggest obstacles for them are the victims of the assaults.
They don’t want to cooperate.
They are hiding that they were assaulted.
They don’t want to go to the informative conversations.
They are hiding the motives.
It seems that they don’t care about their security at all. And only thanks to the inferiority and the uninterested behavior of the victims the attackers are still free.
Vuk says so.
Luckily, Professor Momir Vojvodic after the horrifying torture which he survived was very “cooperative”, so the attackers were almost caught.
Mr. Branko Grubac from Niksic, was more “cooperative” so that the horrifying beating he experienced and survived at the office of the Ministry of Interior Affairs in Niksic, thus Vuk cannot have any doubts about his “cooperativeness”.
Vuk, Vuk, there are many trails to the cave and none from the cave.
The entire Montenegro can see that.

The contemporary Goli Otok
The truth is that the employed in the Ministry of Interior Affairs can be very fast and effective.
Actually, “Vijesti” on the 17th November published that a certain gentleman who is a member of the Community of Fishermen and friends of the sea “Sveti Nikola” from Budva said:
“The police don’t want to arrest the dynamiters even though they know their names”.
This statement was the headline of the story.
Just two days after the “processing the case” the same person denied himself in the same daily.
Naturally, after the “revising” of the attitude he prized abundantly the work of the entire Security Department in Budva.
The forgotten methods used in Goli Otok implemented in the “contemporary”, “Montenegrin”, “democratic” way can be very effective.
What a pity for Goli Otok is a part of Croatian territory. Or maybe it is not late to adjoin it to Montenegro.
Montenegro like this would appreciate it.

Whose “Galenika” is?
No one in Montenegro has seen any evidence of Milan Panic’s or his company’s payment for the “purchase” of the Institute “Simo Milosevic” in Igalo.
However, regardless the evidences, the Montenegrin government claimed and it is still claiming that the 30 percent of the Institute has been paid and that is in Panic’s ownership.
Of course, the Montenegrin government was on Panic’s side all these years in the dispute with “Galenika” during the Slobodan Milosevic’s “ruling”.
The first foreign plane which landed in the “new” “democratic” Serbia was Milan Panic’s plane.
He came for his “own” at his “own people”.
The Montenegrin government relieved.
They didn’t have to defend him any more.
Or at least they thought so.
On the 17th November in the “new”, “non-regime” “Politika” there was new “wind” about “Galenika”.
They published the data that Panic didn’t pay enough for “Galenika”.
It seems that only in the case of the Institute “Simo Milosevic” he paid “regularly”.
Actually, “Politika” published that Panic has paid to “Galenika” about 50 million dollars for few years, but that the most important part of the sum of 220 million dollars has never arrived, which was defined in the contract.
According to the published data, it becomes doubtful; actually it is completely denied the majority of the Panic’s American company in “Galenika”.
At the end it seems that the biggest difficulty is on the Montenegrin government.
If “Galeinika” is not Panic’s property, whose then will it be the Institute “Simo Milosevic” which Galenika paid during the Panic’s period. It was paid according to the words of the ministers by money and medicines.
If everything is according to the law it will be that one’s who paid it.
If it isn’t, we know who the owner is.
The state and the citizens of Montenegro.
And it will be returned to them.
And first of all, to make it clearer, all the payments checks for the purchase of the Institute “Simo Milosevic” should be presented to the Montenegrin public. Until then this “purchase” will be considered as a robbery.

The Montenegrin constructors
“Montenegro and Croatia will build the road from Ploce to Debeli Brijeg”, is a headline of a story in “Vijesti” on the 23rd of November.
After the Montenegrin government had realized all domestic infrastructure capital projects, it decided to invest the money surplus in Croatia.
Allegedly, in Montenegro the following has been finished:
- tunnel “Sozina”
- bridge “Verige”,
- the road round Podgorica,
- two bridges in Podgorica,
- the modern highway Podgorica – Kolasin,
- the electrification of the railway Podgorica – Niksic.
As all these and much more have been built, the Montenegrin government decided to help the building in Croatia.
It seems that the Montenegrin “president”, aside the apologies had to promise some money.
If we think properly, why do we need such big bridge “Verige” if the road to Dubrovnik is so bad?
“Believe it or not”.

Towards the referendum
The Montenegrin government, aside People’s Party has no dilemma.
The Montenegrin nationals in Serbia cannot vote, is stated by a professor then by an academic, then by a doctor, then by a councilor, etc.
However, during the newest meeting of Milo Djukanovic and Kucan in Brdo near Kranj in Slovenia, the president of Slovenia said:
“Whatever the NATIONALS of Montenegro decide, that will be good solution for Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and south-east Europe.”
This statement had to be cited precisely even by the regime daily “Pobjeda”.
The right which the nationals of Slovenia had and used, Kucan can’t and doesn’t want to deny to the Montenegrin nationals.
It is the right to decide about their country; about its destiny.
If the destiny of a state is not in the hands of all its nationals, it would be better for them not to exist.
It would be better that there isn’t a state and its nationals.
