Mr Milutinovic is the editor-in-chief of the daily Dan based in Podgorica. He graduated at the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree.

He is the executive director of Jumedia Mont company which deals with newspaper business and comprises of three well-known and widespread media- the daily Dan, Radio D, weekly TV Revija D and Radio D plus. Before this job, Mr Milutinovic served as a Secretary in Directorate of Public Revenues. He speaks English.

He is the representative of the Foundation Dusko Jovanovic.
