“Nedeljni telegraf”, 24th September 1997.
Dusko Jovanovic was removed few months ago from the position of director of the Department of Public Revenue of Montenegro, whose part is the Financial Police. His removing was related to findings of the financial control in the company ASI. For the first time he reveals to “Nedeljni Telegraf” the reasons why he was removed. According to his opinion he didn’t fit on that position and the prime minister Milo Djukanovic removed him, with the explanation that “he went beyond his powers”.

Jovanovic was the first one who had spoken in public about the numerous examples of criminal and smuggling which were sponsored by the Vujanovic’s police and Djukanovic’s government.
The employees of the Ministry of the Interior Affairs were escorting the convoys of tugs which carriage no one could control.
