Everything, except that mandatory of the Federal Government is from Socialist people’s Party suits to the great defenders of Montenegro and its equality in the federation, the coalition “For a Better Life”,.
They openly intercede for Miroljub Labus to be the mandatory from Serbia.
We can imagine the situation where DPS, if had the biggest number of mandates on the federal level, would be omitted with the offer for the mandatory, which would certainly happen.

At last the Montenegrin Parliament decided to meet and to continue with its work.
Unlike the Parliament, the Privatization Council “works” constantly. One of the last movements was selling several objects in Montenegro. The Restaurant “Sunce” in Budva, “Kuca Krstica” in Bijela-Herzeg Novi, Restaurant “Tri ribara”, in the ownership of Ulcinjska rivijera in Ulcinj and business place “Gross market” in Podgorica, have been sold.
The state and pro-state media published the information that these objects have been sold on the auction (who offers more).
And everything could pass unnoticed if in the “statement” from the selling of the ex state’s property weren’t the notice that the information of the new owners of the sold objects hadn’t existed.
We can say that someone whose identity is hidden has enough money to buy the ex Montenegrins’ property. The citizens of Montenegro owned everything before. Who is the person who has enough money to buy it all?
For example, for the purchase of the Restaurant “Sunce” in Budva, the unknown buyer gave 810.000 DEM; “Kuca Krstica” in Herceg Novi was sold for 137.460 DEM, the restaurant “Tri ribara” in Ulcinj was sold for 429.000 DEM and “Gross market” in Podgorica was sold for 144.480 DEM.
It would be very interesting for the citizens of Montenegro to know: who are these new “rich people”, who can give a million of DEM without any problem. They for sure wouldn’t deny their right to have so much money they would appreciate and support these healthy investments from the earned money, and maybe to hear advice how to get money.
Just to remind, the Law on privatization demands the publicity and the transparency of that process, which considers the data about the buyer, form the actors of the privatization.
In this case everything except the data about the “rich” buyers is public.
Is that a coincidence?

The Government of Montenegro made another attack on the citizens’ standard, by allowing (or ordering) the raise of the fuel price.
This will be the cause of the chain raise of all other prices and services.
The Government’s explanation is “short and stingy”. The prices of fuel became more expansive in the world market.
By introducing DEM in Montenegro we introduced the stock exchange and the world’s prices. We are in great lag in introducing the “world’s” salaries. Nobody in the Government of Montenegro is concerned for the raising the prices of the fuel because “they” have been driven in the state’s costs.
However, there are other reasons for the raising the prices of fuel and which don’t exist in the Government’s statement.
There is a chronic lack of money in the budget of Republic’s and the state’s funds. The fastest and the safest means which the Government can gain are raising the fuel prices.
These means go directly into the public consumption.
There are less and less devises from America and Europe.
“The vertical” Montenegro isn’t interesting any more.
Cameras and foreign journalists, the world’s public attention and the money with that from the hotel “Crna Gora” moved to Terazije Belgrade.
As matters stand now, Milo Djukanovic will miss Slobodan Milosevic the most.

When you see the results of the “successful” Montenegrin economy, it is completely natural that there aren’t German marks in the budget of the Republic of Montenegro.
According to the data which were stated by the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Montenegro, eight biggest Montenegrin companies: Electric Power Company, Aluminum Plant, Shipping Company Jugooceanija, Oil Company Jugopetrol, Ironworks, the Coal Mine, Obod and Budvanska rivijera made loss of 180 million DEM in the last six months.
On the head of these “losers” are the most prominent professionals of the Coalition “For a Better Life”.
In their Managing Boards there are “cream” of the coalition’s experts.
However, the result is the 180 million DEM losses in the period of six months.
It means that every month “For a Better Life” Montenegrins “eat” the healthy substance of the Montenegrin economy for about thirty million DEM. And every month the capital for the mass privatization is reduced for thirty million DEM in these eight companies.

Regarding this situation of the Montenegrin economy, (according to official data) we can expect that the Government of Montenegro calls for help its great friend and sponsor Milan Panic.
In fact, Milan Panic arrived soon after “democratic” changes in Belgrade and immediately “occupied” “Galenika”.
It can be expected that he come to Herzeg Novi and the Institute “Dr Simo Milosevic” to see what the condition of his property is. “For a Better Life” Montenegrins see their opportunity in that so, they will try to keep him in Montenegro to accelerate the recovery Montenegrin economy.
In the meantime, Milan Panic could give the evident of “purchasing” the part of the Institution.
Just to remind him that we didn’t forget.

We can imagine the situation where DPS, if had the biggest number of mandates on the federal level, would be omitted with the offer for the mandatory, which would certainly happen.
They would probably alarm everybody, even “The White House” and ask urgently the ways of “dividing” and the independence.
However, as they didn’t vote, the equality of Montenegro and respecting the constitution are completely unimportant.
It can be Labus or anyone from South to the North Pole just not the candidates from SNP from Montenegro.
And naturally in the behalf of the Coalition these theses are defended and supported by the professor of Law and ex president of Constitutional court Blagota Mitric.
He suggests the salutary solution for DPS and that is the dissolution of the Federal parliament and new federal elections.
DPS would vote on those new federal elections.
With hope of victory.
Regardless so called unconstitutional constitutional changes.
Regardless so called federal and republic electoral committees.
Regardless so called electoral polls in the private houses in Montenegro.
Regardless the shame for the behaving of the Montenegrin authorities before and during the federal elections in Montenegro on the 24th of September.

126.000 honest and brave people have voted and have chosen.
You will have a new opportunity in four years.
